Requests Dashboard
The Requests Dashboard is the home screen for Subject Access Officers, Advisors, and Readers. It gives you a complete view of every request you have access to, with tools to quickly find and manage your work.

Summary Cards
At the top of the dashboard, summary cards display a count of requests in each status:
| Card | Description |
|---|---|
| Total | All requests visible to you |
| Draft | Requests still being prepared before activation |
| Active | Requests currently being processed |
| In Review | Requests submitted for review before response |
| On Hold | Requests paused pending external input |
| Closed | Completed or cancelled requests |
Click any summary card to instantly filter the list to that status.
Request List
The main data grid lists all requests with key details at a glance. Click any row to open the full request details.
Searching
Use the search bar to find requests by:
- Request number -- enter the full or partial request number
- Title -- search by keywords in the request title
Filtering
Use the filter controls to narrow the list by one or more criteria:
- Status -- Draft, Active, In Review, On Hold, Closed
- Priority -- High, Medium, Low
- Request Type -- filter by the type of access request
- Assigned Officer -- filter to requests assigned to a specific SAO

Sorting
Click any column header to sort the list by that column. Click again to reverse the sort order.
Show/Hide Columns
You can customize which columns are visible in the data grid. Use the column chooser to show or hide columns based on your preferences. Your column settings are saved automatically.
Opening a Request
Click any row in the request list to navigate to the full request details page. From there you can manage every aspect of the request -- see Request Overview for details.
