AI governance — AI Assist usage, consumption and the accept/edit/dismiss oversight split.

AI Governance Report

The AI governance report shows where AI Assist is used, what it consumed, and — the figure that actually matters for oversight — whether people accepted, edited, or dismissed each output, per feature. It is Administrator only.

What This Report Shows

For the period selected at the top of the panel:

  • Where AI Assist is used — call counts per feature, showing which capabilities are actually switched on and being invoked.
  • What it consumed — the usage behind those calls.
  • The accept/edit/dismiss split, per feature — whether a person took each output as-is, changed it before using it, or rejected it outright.

Human Judgement, Not Machine Volume

Call counts only tell you a feature is switched on. The accept/edit/dismiss split is the evidence that a person decided — that is the number this report exists to surface, not raw usage.

One distinction is worth knowing before you compare figures across the app: here, an edited draft counts separately from an accepted one. The usage meter in Settings counts editing as acceptance instead. The two accept rates you'll see in different places therefore legitimately differ — that's not a discrepancy to chase down, it's two different questions being answered.

Administrator Only

This report requires Administrator rights, in line with its role as an oversight and governance tool rather than an operational one.

Nothing From Prompts or Responses Is Stored

Only usage metadata is recorded against each call. Prompts and AI responses themselves are never stored, so nothing in this report can ever contain model content — it can tell you that a feature was used and what a person did with the result, and no more.

For what AI Assist actually does on a case, see Ask AccessPoint (Case Assistant).
