Compliance Report

The Compliance report measures how well your organization meets processing deadlines for access to information and privacy requests.

What This Report Shows

This report tracks key compliance indicators:

  • On-time completion rate — the percentage of requests completed within their statutory deadline. On-time percentage, average days, and median days are all calculated from the date the response was sent (not the closure date).
  • Late responses — requests that were completed after the deadline
  • Deemed refusals — requests where a failure to respond within the deadline is treated as a refusal under the legislation. On Hold requests are excluded from the overdue count.

By Time Bracket

The By Time Bracket section shows request counts per time bracket. If your organization has more than one set of reporting brackets configured, use the Bracket Group dropdown to switch between them. Bracket groups are managed by your administrator in Settings > Reporting Brackets.

Time bracket labels are automatically displayed in the viewer's language.

Using This Report
