Incident service levels — statutory notification-deadline compliance by notification type.

Incident Service Levels Report
The Incident Service Levels report is the compliance view for breach notifications — how well your office is meeting the statutory deadlines calculated for every incident, rather than the case-by-case checklist you work from day to day. It sits among the service-level dashboards in the Reports menu, alongside the Compliance Report that covers requests.

What This Report Shows
- On-time vs. late notification — for each notification an incident's legal authority requires, whether it was sent by its computed due date or after. This uses the same due-date logic behind the live obligations checklist on an incident's Notifications tab, rolled up into a rate you can track over time.
- By notification type — figures are broken down by the kind of notice (for example a regulator notification versus an individual notification), so a type that consistently slips is visible rather than averaged away.
Using This Report
- Use the period selector at the top of the panel to set the reporting range, then Edit the range and click Apply — the same control used across the Reports menu.
- Read it alongside the average days to notify signal on the incidents tile in My Day: the tile gives you the trend at a glance, this report gives you the rate behind it, by notification type.
- Export to Excel if you need the figures for a regulator submission or further analysis.
Access
Like the rest of the Reports area, this report is available to coordinators, reviewers, and administrators — it is read-only and does not expose anything beyond what the incident record itself already shows those roles.
