Training Readiness Report
The Training readiness report shows how prepared the team is. It is one of two reports under Reports → Training and preparedness, for training leads. You need Manage training and the report permission, and the report is available in your real work only (not in train mode).
What This Report Shows
The report describes the position as of today. The date range does not apply.
- Assigned training — the share of assigned training completed, open and overdue assignments (overdue means past its due date in your time zone), and for each path the open, overdue and done counts.
- Practice — how many people practised on training cases and how many cases they completed, per register.
- Team exercises — exercises held, live and planned, how many people took part, the share of debriefs returned, and for each exercise scenario when it was last held. A scenario not held in the kept period is flagged, so you can see which drills are due.
- Time to first real case — the time from first sign-in to the first real case, per kind of work. These are the same figures as the Settings → Training summary. A median based on fewer than three people is withheld.
The report's tile, which you can pin to My Day, shows the completion rate, overdue assignments, people who practised and exercises held.
Privacy
Every figure is a total. The report never shows a figure about one person. It reaches back only as far as training records are kept (Keep training progress for days, 90 by default), and a banner says how far.
Using This Report
Check overdue assignments first, then the scenarios flagged as not held in the kept period. To follow up on who has not started a path, use the Team progress table in Training Paths.
