Audit Performance Report
The Audit performance report shows how efficiently audits are delivered, for the audits whose final report was issued in the period. Unlike the other four audit reports it is a period report: everything in it follows the date range at the top of the panel.
What This Report Shows
- Time in each stage, in working days (median and 90th percentile): planned start to fieldwork, fieldwork itself, fieldwork to draft report (a common benchmark is ten working days), draft to management response, draft to final, and creation to final.
- Hours against budget — hours logged against each audit's budget (over budget by more than 10 %), by category and by person.
- Timeliness of the report — whether it was issued by its planned end.
- Timeliness of management — whether the management responses due in the period arrived on time.
Comparing
Compare shows the movement against the previous period or the same period last year.
Filters and Drill-down
The filter bar offers audit type, lead auditor, plan year and audited subject. Every row opens its audit. The report is hidden while the Audits board is off.
