Volume Report

The Volume report shows how many requests were received over a given period, helping you identify trends and plan resource allocation.

What This Report Shows

The Volume report displays the total number of requests submitted within your selected date range. Data can be broken down by:

• Request type — see which types of requests are most common
• Status — understand how many requests are open, in progress, or completed
• Priority — identify spikes in high-priority requests

Using This Report

Use the date range selector and bracket presets to adjust the reporting period. Export the results to Excel for further analysis or inclusion in external reports.
