Extensions Report

The Extensions report shows how often and why extensions are applied to requests.

What This Report Shows

This report provides insight into extension usage across your selected date range:

• Frequency — how many requests received extensions
• Reasons — why extensions were applied (e.g., volume of records, consultations required, third-party notifications)
• Duration distribution — how long extensions typically last

Using This Report

Use the date range selector to adjust the reporting period. Export the results to Excel for further analysis.
