Exercise Activity Report
The Exercise activity report shows the team exercises run in a period. It is one of two reports under Reports → Training and preparedness, for training leads. You need Manage training and the report permission, and the report is available in your real work only.
What This Report Shows
- Held in the period — the exercises held (and the ones abandoned), by scenario, with the people who took part, debriefs returned and injects released.
- Every exercise in the period, plus those live or planned now — each with its lead, date, number of people and roles, debriefs (returned / participants) and injects. Select an exercise to open it in the exercise panel.
The report's tile, which you can pin to My Day, shows exercises held, people who took part, debriefs returned and how many are live now.
Privacy
The report names an exercise's lead but never its participants or their debrief answers. Totals only. It reaches back only as far as training records are kept (Keep training progress for days, 90 by default).
