Complaint Option Lists
Complaint option lists are the choice fields that complaint types use: the grounds a complaint is made on, the dispositions it ends with, and the allegation findings recorded against each allegation. They are edited like the Incident Option Lists, a tab each.

Where to Find It
Open Settings from the app toolbar and choose Complaint choice fields in the Incidents & complaints group. The group is visible only to users who hold the relevant privacy configure permission.
Vocabularies and the Catalog Drop-Down
Each complaint type names its vocabularies in Settings → Complaint types → Grounds and dispositions (see Complaint Types). Jurisdiction packs ship one vocabulary per regulator, so a tab lists the vocabularies your complaint types name, then the Universal baseline's general one. When there is more than one, a Catalog drop-down lets you pick which vocabulary you are editing.
Editing Options
Options are edited as in any choice list:
- a name in each language;
- drag to set the order;
- Active to switch an option on or off;
- an option a complaint still uses cannot be deleted. Switch it off instead.
