Requestor volume — who files the most requests, by requestor and by institution.

Requestor Volume Report
The Requestor Volume report turns request counts around: instead of tracking requests received and closed over time like the Volume Report, it ranks who is filing them — by individual requestor and by the institution they belong to.

What This Report Shows
- By requestor — request counts for the period attributed to each contact in your Requestors directory, surfacing your highest-volume individuals.
- By institution — the same counts rolled up to the requestor's institution, for organizations that submit through multiple contacts.
Using This Report
- Use the period selector at the top of the panel to set the reporting range, then Edit the range and click Apply.
- A requestor or institution climbing this list is worth checking against their active-request limit on the contact or institution record — see Requestors for how flow control works — and against any frivolous-or-vexatious determination already on file.
- Export to Excel to share the ranking or analyze it further.
Privacy
Because this report names requestors, it draws on the same requestor identity that lives only in the Requestors area and on request PII surfaces — custodians and contributors, who never see requestor PII elsewhere in the app, do not gain visibility into it here either.
