Security advisories and notices

Security advisories are published on the advisory page, with an Atom feed you can follow in any feed reader without giving us an address. How to report a vulnerability is in our vulnerability disclosure policy.

Every notice Realizer sends about an incident or advisory carries a reference (INC- or RSA- followed by the year and a number) that you can check here, on the advisory page, or in AccessPoint itself. A notice never carries an attachment and never asks for a password, a sign-in code or a consent grant.

About this page

Your AccessPoint deployment and its data run in your own Microsoft 365 and Azure tenant. This page covers the Realizer services that deployment relies on, not your tenant. It runs on this website, separately from the services it checks, and checks them from the outside every minute: a service that fails to answer correctly within ten seconds on two tries in a row shows as an outage, and one that answers but takes more than five seconds shows as degraded. Teams notifications and the database behind licence validation are reported by the Realizer platform itself.

The same information is available as JSON at /status.json for your own monitoring. If something is wrong and it is not shown here, contact us.
