Response methods — configuring how responses are delivered to requestors

Response Methods
Response Methods define how the final response to a request is delivered to the requestor.

Common Response Methods
- Physical mail
- In person / pickup
- Secure portal
Managing Response Methods
- Add — Click Add Method, enter the name (and translations if multiple languages are enabled), and save.
- Edit — Click on an existing method to update it.
- Remove — Delete methods that are no longer needed.
Usage
When an SAO records the response on the Response tab of a request, they select the delivery method from a dropdown. This records how the response package was sent to the requestor.
