Audit Actions Report
The Audit actions report shows whether management actions are being implemented on time, and who has not responded. It is a state report: figures are as of today, and the as-of banner says so.

Headline Figures
- Recommendations awaiting a management decision, and those past their response date.
- Open and overdue actions.
- Actions done but not yet verified by the auditor.
- Recommendations declined in the last twelve months.
In the Period
Actions due in the period completed on time or late, and the implementation rate.
Breakdowns
- Overdue actions by owner, by how long overdue, by the rating of the finding they answer and by audit.
- Open actions by due month.
Regulator Reviews
The report counts the recommendations of a regulator's review of your practices beside your own audits. The Kind filter (internal audits or regulator reviews) separates them. Practice reviews by a regulator are counted only here; they are not engagements of your audit plan.
Filters and Drill-down
The filter bar offers audit type, lead auditor, plan year and audited subject, plus Kind. Every headline figure is a button that lists the actions behind it (Show all clears it). Every row opens its audit, or for a regulator's recommendation the review, on top of the report. The report is hidden while the Audits board is off.
