Assessment Service Levels Report
The Assessment Service Levels report is the compliance view for your assessment workload — whether assessments are finishing by their due date and whether reviews inside the assessment lifecycle are keeping pace. It sits among the service-level dashboards in the Reports menu, the assessment counterpart to the Compliance Report for requests.

What This Report Shows
- Due-date compliance — assessments measured against the due date and next review date tracked on every assessment record, separating on-time completion from late.
- Review compliance — how assessments are moving through the In Review stage of the lifecycle rail, where a reviewer with the review-act permission approves or sends work back.
Using This Report
- Use the period selector at the top to set the reporting range, then Edit the range and click Apply.
- Watch it alongside the assessments stalled 30+ days signal on the assessments tile in My Day — a forward-looking indicator of where this report's due-date figures are headed.
- Export to Excel to share the figures or analyze them further.
Access
This report follows the same access as the rest of the Reports area — available to coordinators, reviewers, and administrators, and read-only.
