Service levels — open-inventory health, stage bottlenecks and what needs attention

Request Service Levels Report
The Request Service Levels report is the at-a-glance health check on your open request inventory — how much work is currently open, how old it's getting, and where it's bottlenecked, rather than a summary of what happened over a date range. Where the Workload report is about balancing effort across coordinators, this report is about spotting what needs attention right now.

What This Report Shows
- Open-inventory health — the current state of everything still open, so you can see the shape of your backlog without waiting for a period to close.
- Stage bottlenecks — where in the request lifecycle work is piling up, complementing the dwell-time detail in the Workload report by calling out what's currently a problem.
- What needs attention — the figures that flag risk before it becomes a missed deadline.
Using This Report
- Pin this report to My Day as the service-levels tile. It surfaces two forward-looking signals beyond a plain open count: extensions expiring within 14 days, and open inventory broken down by age, so you can see which open requests are getting old before they become overdue.
- Because this report is about current standing rather than period activity, treat its figures as an as-of-today snapshot — use the Workload report alongside it when you need dwell-time and SLA figures measured against a specific reporting period.
- Click Export to Excel to share the figures or analyze them further.
