Audit Portfolio Report
The Audit portfolio report shows what your audit plan is doing right now. It is a state report: figures are as of today, and the as-of banner says so. The date range at the top of the panel does not narrow its headline figures.

What This Report Shows
- Audits by stage — planned, in fieldwork, with the draft report out, awaiting the management response, and issued and in follow-up.
- Engagements past their planned end or due date, with how many days late.
- Follow-up audits due in the next 90 days or already overdue. One stops counting once its follow-up audit is started.
- Started and issued in the period, and the opinions given.
- Breakdowns by status, audit type, lead auditor and plan year (planned against started and issued, and the plan's completion rate).
- Coverage — when an issued audit last covered each privacy subject, system and vendor: never, more than three years ago, one to three years, or under a year. Subjects never audited are listed highest-risk first, and each vendor sits beside its own next review date.
Filters and Drill-down
The five audit reports share a filter bar: audit type, lead auditor, plan year and audited subject. The choices come from all your audits, so picking one never empties the others. Every headline figure is a button: select it and the list below shows the audits behind it (Show all clears it). Every row opens its audit on top of the report.
Availability
The report is hidden while the Audits board is switched off in Settings. See Audit Settings. It is open to people who may view reports.
