Assessments register dashboard — PIA/AIA/Security list, stat cards, and starting a new assessment

Assessments Dashboard

The Assessments Dashboard is the home screen for privacy analysts, security assessors, and the coordinators who own Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs), Algorithmic Impact Assessments (AIAs), and Security assessments. It lists every assessment you can see, with the tools to find one and start new work.

Assessments Dashboard

The Assessment Register

The grid lists every PIA, AIA, and Security assessment you can see, with status (Active, In Review, In Effect, or Closed), assessment type, risk rating, and reassessment dates all visible at a glance — so you can spot what needs attention without opening a record.

Stat Cards

Quick-filter tiles across the top summarise the register:

Card Shows
Active Assessments currently in progress
Overdue Assessments past their due date and not yet closed
Due this week Assessments due within the coming week

Click a card to filter the grid to that set; click it again to clear.

Starting a New Assessment

Click New assessment on the toolbar to open the create dialog — you need the create assessment permission. See Creating Assessments for choosing a type and template, naming the assessment, picking a subject, and the preliminary screener.

Shared Dashboard Mechanics

Search, filtering, sorting, column configuration, and saved views work the same way here as on every other register dashboard — see Requests Dashboard for the mechanics and Dashboard Views for saving a working slice of the register.

Next Steps

Click any row to open the full Assessment Details panel, or open the Programs & systems directory to manage the durable subjects assessments run against.
