Disposition Report

The Disposition report shows the outcomes of completed requests, giving you visibility into how requests are being resolved.

What This Report Shows

For completed requests within your selected date range, the report breaks down outcomes by:

  • Full disclosure — all requested records were released
  • Partial disclosure — some records were released with redactions or exclusions
  • Withheld — records were identified but withheld entirely
  • No records — no responsive records were found
  • Withdrawn — the request was withdrawn by the requestor

Results are cross-tabulated with time brackets so you can see how disposition patterns vary across processing durations.

Bracket Group

If your organization has more than one set of reporting brackets configured (e.g., "ATIA Statistical Report", "FOIA Annual Report"), use the Bracket Group dropdown at the top of the report to switch between them. Bracket groups are managed by your administrator in Settings > Reporting Brackets.

Time bracket labels are automatically displayed in the viewer's language.
