Assessments Report

The Assessments report is the analytics view over your PIA/AIA program — how many assessments moved through the pipeline over the period, what state they are in right now, and whether they are keeping pace with their due dates. Like the other fixed reports, every figure is computed from the same live assessment records you work with day to day.

What This Report Shows

• Volume — how many assessments (PIA, AIA, and any other types configured for your tenant) were opened over the selected period.
• Status mix — a breakdown of assessments by current status (for example, in progress, in review, in effect, or closed), shown as counts and percentages.
• Timeliness — how assessments are tracking against their due dates over the period, the same on-time-versus-late lens the other fixed reports use for requests.

Using This Report

• Use the period selector at the top of the panel to set the reporting range; Edit the range inline and click Apply to refresh the figures.
• Where the report supports it, use Compare to see the previous period's figures alongside the current one.
• Click Export to Excel to take the numbers further or fold them into an annual report.
• Pin the report to My Day as a live tile. The assessments tile adds a forward-looking signal beyond the period figures: assessments stalled 30+ days with no movement, so aging work doesn't go unnoticed between reporting cycles.
